RESELLER PROGRAMS

There are two programs available for those wishing to resell EMP products. The programs are differentiated mainly by the reseller's level of commitment to the resale of EMP product, the discount available, and the marketing support from J.A. Korsmeyer, Inc.

The two reseller programs are:

    EMP Authorized Reseller program

    REQUIREMENTS

        1. You must complete the online application form

        2. Minimum per-order quantity of 10 copies

        3. You must offer frontline EMP technical support to your customers

        4. There must be someone available within your office to take orders during normal business hours

        5. Be prepared to place your initial order for 10 copies within 30 days of acceptance of your application

      BENEFITS

      1. Marketing exposure on J.A. Korsmeyer's web site including a hot-link to your website

      2. Use of the EMP Authorized Reseller logo on your marketing collateral and website

      3. You will receive customer lead referrals

      4. Authorized Reseller discount (call for specifics)

    EMP 5 Dealer program

    REQUIREMENTS

    1. There is no formal application required

    2. Fax us a statement on your corporate letterhead that you are in the business of reselling software. Include your State reseller tax ID (If you are an International reseller - fax us your identification number from your taxing authority)

    3. There is a minimum per-order quantity of 2 copies
