For instance, if you purchase your first EMP license on February 1st, you have until August 1st to purchase your second license to maintain your discount rate. After you have fullfilled your initial obligation of two licenses, it cycles again, beginning with the third license purchased. So, continuing with our example, if you purchase your third license on November 15th, you have until May 15th of the following year to purchase your fourth license; and so on.
